Order Processing & Fulfilment
At PerriWorks Publishing, we operate as a print-on-demand business, meaning each product is made to order. Fulfilment times vary depending on the product type and the production facility responsible for your order.
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Your order may be fulfilled from different locations depending on stock availability and your shipping destination.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different fulfilment centres.
Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected, destination, and order weight.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard shipping: 4-6 days
- Expedited shipping: 1-3 days (if available)
- Delivery times may vary due to local courier delays or high order volumes.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped from the nearest fulfilment centre that carries your selected products.
- Estimated delivery times range from 10-30 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). Please allow 3 business days for tracking information to update. In most cases the tracking details are provided on the same day that your order is shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

- Customs clearance processes
- Unforeseen courier disruptions (e.g., weather conditions, strikes)

Lost or Stolen Packages
PerriWorks Publishing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Replacements for Shipping Damage
We take great care in ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please follow these steps:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us assess the issue.

Once approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

A replacement at no additional cost.

A refund (if applicable, based on our return policy).

You do not need to return the damaged item unless requested by our support team.
Note: We do not accept returns or replacements for minor imperfections caused by standard production processes. However, if the damage affects the usability of the product, we will ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Unclaimed Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time to reflect changes in our shipping methods, fulfilment processes, or courier partnerships.
